時尚設計師傳輕生辭世品牌官方說話了

〔記者方惠宗／台北報導〕美國時尚品牌Kate Spade創辦人Kate Spade於美國時間週二（5日）傳出辭世；她被發現在陳屍於紐約住所，享年55歲。警方稱其自殺的可能性高。

對於這起不幸事件，Kate Spade紐約總部表示：「我們Kate Spade紐約剛剛得知了這項令人難以置信的消息。儘管Kate過去十幾年來與品牌沒有聯繫，她與她的丈夫、創意搭檔Andy始終是我們鍾愛的品牌的創始人，我們會深深地想念她。此時，我們的心念與Andy及整個Spade家族同在。」

Kate Spade於1993年以設計包款起家，並擴展至鞋履與衣著等品項。1999年之後，品牌幾經轉手，於2017年由當時Coach集團（已更名為Tapestry）以24億美金收購。
